Digital “One Stop Services” YEKAP
Project Owner: Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Social Solidarity
The physical scope of the Project includes the following:
a) Implementation of digital services and concentration / organization / homogenization of existing services, for the service of the Citizen, provided by the Ministry of Labor and its supervised Bodies.
b) Implementation of mechanisms and definition of procedures to improve the interoperability of data that either the Ministry and its supervised Bodies have, or the Ministry and its supervised Bodies need from other external entities, organizations, etc.
c) Implementation of a workflow organization system and a document management system to improve traceability, transparency, organization and knowledge management in the context of creating digital services for the service of the Citizen.
d) Implementation of a system of staff monitoring, forecasting and business intelligence for issues and data related to the Ministry of Labor and its supervised entities.
e) The procurement, installation and commissioning of central equipment for the operation of the above systems.
