Archium System Installation and Configuration
The scope of the project includes:
- The supply of software that covers the Agency’s requirements regarding document management – movement issues, document-related workflow management, document logging and digital signature procedures and case management.
- The configuration of the system to cover all the functions performed internally in the Agency and recorded in documents.
- The functional integration of the software into the existing infrastructure of equipment and software systems.
- The introduction of elements of the organizational structure, hierarchy and responsibilities of the Agency’s Services as well as the interoperability of the offered software with existing applications that currently partially meet the relevant requirements.
- The provision of training services to system administrators, as well as to selected end users.
- The provision of software warranty and maintenance services as well as on-site support services during the productive operation of the system.
