DEVELOPMENT OF A SYSTEM FOR SERVING INSURED PERSONS WITH THE TITLE “ONE STOP SHOP – OSS”

The Integrated One Stop Shop – OSS Electronic Services System of the Greek Social Insurance Institution offers the citizen and every person dealing with it the opportunity to submit their applications electronically to the Agency, to be informed in an automated manner about their progress and to process their request, without the need for physical presence.

The history of the citizen’s applications and the responses of the Greek Social Insurance Institution are kept in the citizen’s personal electronic mailbox, within the One Stop Shop – OSS, with the possibility of updating, searching, retrieving and printing.

The One Stop Shop – OSS is fully interconnected with the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) of ETEAEP, completing the management of a request from its electronic receipt to its completion, offering transparency to the citizen at all stages of processing.

The system consists of two main subsystems / applications:

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

In the system, insured persons can submit their applications electronically, be informed in an automated manner about their progress and process their requests.

A History of the Citizen’s applications and the Agency’s responses is maintained in a personalized OSS Electronic Box with update, search, retrieval and printing capabilities.

A full interface is implemented with the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) of the Agency (Papyrus) for the registration of the initial and any supplementary applications and the receipt of their examination results from ETEAEP

Also, the system includes and supports

Strict user identification / authentication via GSIS (Taxisnet) (registration level 2)

Sharing of authentication via GSIS with third-party applications of ETEAEP to avoid multiple login actions by users

Automatic notification of the progress of the request.

Personalized service with updates, individual electronic mailbox with delivery of digitally signed documents and request history

22 Electronic application forms interconnected with Papyrus.

Automatic generation of certificates based on templates

Mechanism for sending informative emails to citizens regarding the submission of their application, progress of their application, completion or rejection of their application.

Graphical environment (without the requirement to write code) for the creation of electronic forms, templates and form mappings in a process on the ΣΙΔΕ.
