The CBS P.O. APPROVALS™ software application is a comprehensive solution for managing the process of submitting and approving Purchase Requests by a company’s executives.

The application manages the entire cycle of actions required, from the creation of a request to the completion of the purchase approval. Each user, through a simple and friendly environment, completes the variable elements of a purchase request, such as, for example, the category and type, the estimated cost, the desired receipt date, etc. and submits the request. The flow management mechanism then sends the request to the first approver (the system supports parametric multiple approval levels according to the needs of each business) who in turn can approve, reject or request more information from the applicant.

At all stages of the process, the system sends informative emails to those involved (applicants and approvers) while providing the necessary views to users, depending on their role. The system also provides the ability to attach electronic files (documents, photos, etc.) to all user records. In addition, the system provides a series of ready-made reports while providing the ability to create additional reports.

The solution is an add-on to the SharePoint service provided by the Microsoft M365 service.
