The CBS DMS™ software application is a comprehensive solution for managing a company’s electronic documents.

The application manages the categories, metadata and versioning of electronic documents (and other files) of a company, through a user-friendly environment. The search for documents is done using multiple criteria, while their retrieval is very fast.
The system also provides the ability to have multi-level access to documents, depending on the role of each user, in order to ensure unauthorized access to confidential files and sensitive data.
In addition, the system provides a series of ready-made reports, while the ability to create additional reports is provided.
The solution is an add-on to the SharePoint service provided by the Microsoft M365 service.
