DEVELOPMENT OF A SYSTEM FOR SERVING INSURED PERSONS WITH THE TITLE \u201cONE STOP SHOP \u2013 OSS\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The Integrated One Stop Shop \u2013 OSS Electronic Services System of the Greek Social Insurance Institution offers the citizen and every person dealing with it the opportunity to submit their applications electronically to the Agency, to be informed in an automated manner about their progress and to process their request, without the need for physical presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The history of the citizen\u2019s applications and the responses of the Greek Social Insurance Institution are kept in the citizen\u2019s personal electronic mailbox, within the One Stop Shop \u2013 OSS, with the possibility of updating, searching, retrieving and printing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The One Stop Shop \u2013 OSS is fully interconnected with the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) of ETEAEP, completing the management of a request from its electronic receipt to its completion, offering transparency to the citizen at all stages of processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The system consists of two main subsystems \/ applications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Insured Application and the System Administrator Application<\/p>\n\n\n\n ONE STOP SHOP (OSS) – INSURED APPLICATION<\/p>\n\n\n\n GENERAL DESCRIPTION<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the system, insured persons can submit their applications electronically, be informed in an automated manner about their progress and process their requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A History of the Citizen’s applications and the Agency’s responses is maintained in a personalized OSS Electronic Box with update, search, retrieval and printing capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A full interface is implemented with the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) of the Agency (Papyrus) for the registration of the initial and any supplementary applications and the receipt of their examination results from ETEAEP<\/p>\n\n\n\n Also, the system includes and supports<\/p>\n\n\n\n Strict user identification \/ authentication via GSIS (Taxisnet) (registration level 2)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sharing of authentication via GSIS with third-party applications of ETEAEP to avoid multiple login actions by users<\/p>\n\n\n\n Automatic notification of the progress of the request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Personalized service with updates, individual electronic mailbox with delivery of digitally signed documents and request history<\/p>\n\n\n\n 22 Electronic application forms interconnected with Papyrus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Automatic generation of certificates based on templates<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mechanism for sending informative emails to citizens regarding the submission of their application, progress of their application, completion or rejection of their application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Responsive design<\/p>\n\n\n\n W3C AA standard for disability personsONE STOP SHOP (OSS) – ADMINISTRATOR APPLICATION<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mechanism for creating new applications and certificate templates by the administrator<\/p>\n\n\n\n Graphical environment (without the requirement to write code) for the creation of electronic forms, templates and form mappings in a process on the \u03a3\u0399\u0394\u0395.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Management of internal users of the insured application, assigning roles to each user depending on the desired graded access rights<\/p>\n\n\n\n Auditing\/recording mechanism of the insured’s movements<\/p>\n\n\n\n The system is hosted on G-Cloud<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" DEVELOPMENT OF A SYSTEM FOR SERVING INSURED PERSONS WITH THE TITLE \u201cONE STOP SHOP \u2013 OSS\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":6239,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":true,"inline_featured_image":false},"case-study-category":[27],"class_list":["post-6332","case-study","type-case-study","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","case-study-category-public-sector"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\n
